Your file is initially maintained by Ask Ana Cruz during the application and funding process. Once your mortgage is funded:

Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We maintain robust physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
